Founded in Agra, India, in 1981, Foot On Shoes was built on a straightforward promise: manufacture women’s leather footwear to the standard that international retailers demand, delivered on the schedule they need.
Over four decades, that promise has not changed — only our capacity to deliver it has grown. Today we supply brands across the UK, EU, Japan and USA from a 6,500 sq metre smart factory, supported by design teams in London and Alicante, Spain.
Today, Foot On Shoes combines smart technology, rapid prototyping, and seasoned production expertise to deliver footwear solutions that meet the pace and complexity of modern retail. Our facility in Agra, India, supports full-scale production of all major categories, including sandals, heels, ballerinas, loafers, trainers and boots across cemented, sacchetto and strobel constructions.

Everything runs in-house with no subcontracting, on a production system (ERPNext) that can state the stage of any order on any day.
Designed With Your Market in Mind
Our Spain and UK-based design teams run rolling development cycles every 4–6 weeks. Each drop is benchmarked against UK and European retail trend data, giving your buying team fresh, commercially viable options without the development cost of starting from scratch.
Who leads Foot On Shoes?
Foot On Shoes is led by Managing Director Sumit Joshan, with a senior team covering production, development, compliance and finance.

We have supplied brands across the UK, EU, and USA for over 45 years.
Our team comprises 300+ members across production, quality control, design, sampling, and management. The factory operates 3 assembly lines and 6 stitching lines, producing up to 2,000 pairs of women's leather footwear daily.
Yes. We have exhibited at Expo Riva Schuh in Garda, Italy for 25 consecutive years — one of the longest-running exhibitor relationships at that show. We also exhibit at MICAM and MAGIC. Trade show presence is how many of our longest-standing buyer relationships began.
