Getting Started
The simplest first step is to contact us at solutions@fos.co.in or schedule a call via our website. Share your requirements — product category, target construction, volume, and timeline — and we will confirm whether we are the right fit and what your development schedule would look like.
At minimum: product category (boot, loafer, sandal, etc.), construction type, approximate volume, target FOB price range, and delivery timeline. If you have a technical pack or reference samples, share those. If you do not, our design team can work with you to develop a specification from a concept or trend reference.
Both. OEM means you supply the design and specification and we manufacture to it. ODM means we develop the design for you, which you then own. Our design offices in London and Alicante support the ODM process for UK and EU buyers who need seasonal collection development without the internal resource.
Production & Sampling
300 pairs per colour or 600 pairs per style for bulk production.
2–3 weeks for initial samples from confirmed specifications.
60–90 days from order confirmation, depending on construction complexity and material sourcing requirements.

Cemented, Strobel, Sacchetto, and open sandal constructions.
Up to 2,000 pairs per day across 3 assembly lines and 6 stitching lines in our 6,500 sq metre Agra facility.
No. All production is 100% in-house. We do not use subcontractors at any stage.
Quality & Compliance
400+ in-line quality checkpoints across all production stages, AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspections, digital material moisture testing, risk assessment sheets per style, and full material traceability logs. Our QC records are available to buyers during the production process.
SEDEX (SMETA audited) · SA8000 · ISO 9001 · ISO 14001 · HIGG (FEM) · RCS · REACH-compliant materials for all EU, UK, USA and Japan orders.
Yes. SEDEX audit reports, SA8000 certificate, ISO certificates, and REACH compliance documentation are all available on request. Contact solutions@fos.co.in.
Yes. All materials used in orders destined for EU and UK markets meet REACH standards for chemical safety and environmental compliance.
Sustainability
41% of our factory's energy is generated by on-site solar panels — a current operational figure.
Yes, as a material option. Available on request for any order.
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), HIGG (sustainability assessment) and RCS (recycled material in a product). We also operate water harvesting systems, water-based adhesives, and waste segregation and recycling practices.
Design & Development
Yes. We have design teams in London, UK and Alicante, Spain. These teams run rolling development cycles and can support UK and EU buyers with full seasonal collection development or targeted trend-led drops every 4–6 weeks.
Yes. Our ODM service starts from a design brief, trend reference, or mood board. You do not need to supply a complete technical pack to begin the development process.
